Technically called Garcinia gummi-gutta, garcinia cambogia is a tropical fruit that is native to Indonesia and looks like a small pumpkin that is green to pale yellow in colour.

Blood glucose and nutrient metabolism:
Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism.
